Andrea Howell graduated as a chiropractor from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2010. She was lucky enough to begin her career mentored by the first chiropractors to establish a clinic in Wales 40 years ago. Although she enjoyed her time working at the clinics in Swansea, Andrea was keen to practice closer to home and the community she grew up in, so she established TWC, Cardiff in 2012.
Andrea went on to complete her Royal College of Chiropractors post-graduate year (PRT qualification), and a Post-Graduate Certificate (PGCert) in 'Clinical Excellence', with Distinction. She has since completed training in Western Medical Acupuncture, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Anatomy Trains, techniques to treat women during pregnancy, and to teach Clinical Pilates.
She is passionate about the benefits of chiropractic treatment, and finds great satisfaction in helping people out of pain, and improving the quality of individuals' lives. Andrea has had experience in helping a wide variety of patients of all ages and levels of fitness, and has also worked as clinical tutor supervising 4th year students at the University of South Wales in their clinical year.

Amy Baker also graduated as a Chiropractor from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic following the undergraduate masters degree (M.Chiro).
She has completed CPD courses including; Upper and Lower Extremity Adjusting, Fascial Movement Taping and OMT Medical Acupuncture, to broaden her knowledge and skills for the forever developing profession of chiropractic.
Amy always wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, and after her own personal experience of Chiropractic she saw the huge positive effect chiropractic could have on chronic conditions and started her path towards chiropractic.
Amy also believes in the importance and emphasis of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, along with the use of chiropractic care to help promote health and well-being.
ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR
Emily was first introduced to chiropractic when she attended a treatment with her mum, and saw the positive effects it had allowing her to undergo daily activities pain free.
Since starting the undergraduate masters degree in 2018, at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, she has enjoyed learning more about the positive effects chiropractic treatment can have on a wide array of people and help restore function.
Along side the course Emily has completed sports massage level 3 and acupuncture and dry needling to add to the treatment she can offer patients.
Outside of chiropractic Emily enjoys trying new food, sports, travelling & spending time with friends and family.
